Meet the Owners
Chase Humber
Chase’s passion for building began during his time as a laborer in the commercial and heavy civil sectors while attending Auburn University. Prior to that, he earned his associate degree from Central Alabama Community College, where he was also a member of the men’s golf team. He later graduated from Auburn’s College of Architecture, Design, and Construction with a degree from the McWhorter School of Building Science, laying a foundation for a career in construction.
He began his professional career with Turner Construction Company, involved in government, manufacturing, and higher education projects. At Turner, Chase honed his skills in project management and superintending, gaining a deep appreciation for the complexities of large-scale construction.
Chase later joined BLOX/GA, a Birmingham-based modular healthcare construction and architecture firm. There, he focused on healthcare projects, managing both new and repeat clients from initial design through final turnover. His work emphasized client relationships, operational efficiency, and innovation in modular construction.
Originally from Georgia, Chase calls Alabama home where he resides on Lake Martin with his wife Jordan. Outside of work, you can find Chase enjoying the outdoors or with family and friends.
Brad Humber
Born and raised on the south side of Atlanta in Fayetteville, Georgia, Brad Humber discovered his passion for construction early in life. He began his career as a laborer, framing houses throughout high school and college. With the help of his father, Dr. Thomas Humber, Brad built two speculative homes on lots his father helped him secure — a pivotal moment that confirmed his calling.
For four decades, Brad has devoted himself to custom home building, commercial construction, and development, earning a reputation for craftsmanship and integrity. Brad has successfully delivered hundreds of projects from start to finish while owning and operating his own business, demonstrating consistent leadership and hands-on expertise throughout every phase of construction. Brad remains an active member of the National Home Builders Association, the Home Builders Association of Georgia, and several other organizations that champion the construction profession he’s passionate about. When he's not on a job site, Brad enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his family.
Brad and his wife Jeena, married for 40 years, are active members of Passion City Church in Fayetteville, Georgia, where their faith continues to guide their lives and work.
